This is the highest grade obtainable for all practible purposes for this tough date dollar as PCGS has graded a single coin in MS65. The reported pop for this grade is 91, but it is probably much lower because of resubmissions. This is an original brilliant white coin with glowing luster and very clean surfaces that have few small marks. Its eye appeal is excellent, and it is a high end coin for the grade. PQ+++ in our opinion.
